PHS Finals Week – Fall 2018

 

Review Periods -   These are Mandatory. Students should report to the Review period as they would for any other regular period. Attendance will be taken.

Office hours -   These are times when students will find teachers in their classrooms. They can ask questions, get extra help or make-up work. Teachers may require a student to appear during Office Hours, but otherwise, they are optional.

Late Start -  On Monday and Tuesday, if you do not have a 0 period, you should arrive 10 minutes before the start of Period 1. The library and cafeteria will be open during the “late start” period if you wish to arrive to school before the start of your first class.

Late Start -  On Friday  5/31 and Monday 6/3, if you do not have a 0 period, you should arrive 10 minutes before the start of Period 1. The cafeteria will be open during the “late start” period if you wish to arrive to school before the start of your first class. Friday 6/7 is a regular minimum day schedule. Students should have turned in all remaining textbooks and Chromebooks by this date. Students will not receive class schedules in the fall, and Seniors will not receive their diplomas or have their transcripts released to colleges if they have outstanding book fees. 

 
Study Hours - On Monday 6/3 - Mandatory for grades 9 and 10/ Optional for Grades 11 and 12 
Hour 1 - Students will report to one of their 2,3, or 4 period classes for study time. Attendance will be taken
Hour 2 - Students will report to one of their 5,6, or 7 period classes for study time. Attendance will be taken
Grades 11 and 12 must show ID in order to leave campus at the beginning of lunch on 6/4. If they have no ID, they must follow the same schedule as the 9th and 10th grade students.
