New Student Enrollment
Students who have previously attended a school within WJUSD will not need these individual forms. Parents who have not registered in Aeries at Douglass or Lee Middle School will need to complete the Aeries sign up process prior to students receiving their class schedules.

- Birth Certificate
- Transcript/Drop Sheet from previous school
- Utility Bill- no phone bills
- 504 or I.E.P. Papers if applicable
- Name, address, phone of previous school (USA only)
- District Enrollment Form
Parents need an Aeries Log-on in order to complete registration process.
